Ingredients:
* 1 jar Bold Bean Co Queen Black Chickpeas, drained (reserve bean stock)
* 250g cherry tomatoes
* 12 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed
* ½ orange, thinly sliced
* 50g green olives (Nocellara recommended)
* 1 tbsp tomato paste
* 1 tbsp baharat
* ¼ tsp turmeric
* 120ml olive oil
* 5g tarragon leaves
* Greek yogurt, to serve
* Salt
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 160°C/320°F.
2. Combine all ingredients except tarragon and yogurt in a 26cm oven-safe sauté pan. Add 1 tsp salt and 100ml reserved bean stock.
3. Mix gently, cover, and bake for 1 ½ hours, stirring halfway through.
4. Rest for 10 minutes before stirring in tarragon.
