Prosecutors in the Sean “Diddy” Combs sex trafficking trial have released photos from the scene of his arrest at a New York City hotel room. The images, taken by federal agents in September 2024, depict the contents of his Park Hyatt Hotel room and have been entered as evidence. They include various items, sparking intense interest and speculation.
Among the items shown are bottles of baby oil and lubricant, some in plastic bags, stashed in the bathroom and nightstand. Drugs were also found, along with a fanny pack containing $9,000 in cash. Two small Ziploc bags containing a powdery pink substance were also discovered; testing revealed one bag contained ketamine, while the other contained both MDMA and ketamine. A bottle of Clonazepam, prescribed to “Frank Blank”—an alias Diddy reportedly used—was also found, a fact corroborated by testimony from Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, Cassie.
Diddy’s arrest followed a grand jury indictment stemming from multiple sexual assault lawsuits and a federal investigation. The photos released are part of the ongoing trial, where Diddy faces charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Cassie, who testified earlier in the trial, detailed a tumultuous relationship with Diddy, alleging physical and sexual abuse, and claims he would videotape their sexual encounters for blackmail. She described alleged drug-fueled “freak offs” involving herself and male escorts, recounting a particularly harrowing experience. Her testimony, spanning three days, has been a significant part of the prosecution’s case.
The defense cross-examined Cassie, questioning her about text messages expressing love for Diddy and apparent enjoyment of the “freak offs.” Cassie clarified her previous statements, suggesting that her expressions of love were disingenuous given the circumstances. Department of Homeland Security Special Agent Yasin Binda, one of the officers who participated in the raid, also testified, confirming the presence of the items pictured in the released photographs. The trial continues to unfold, with the released photos adding another layer of complexity to the already high-profile case.
